About Me

I’m Nicola and fitness and a healthy lifestyle has always been a part of my life. Growing up I was always involved in team sports and outdoor activities. However, my biggest passion was horse riding in which I instructed and competed until I had my children. During this time I also found a passion for the gym and in particular strength training.

Now I am happily married with two gorgeous children and our family enjoys an active lifestyle, with all of us involved in sport and exercise on a daily basis.

In late 2010 I discovered Crossfit through a good friend of mine. I have since followed the Crossfit methodology and have taken my training to a whole new level. I am now a qualified Crossfit Level 1 trainer and use much of the Crossfit techniques with clients. They are now also reaping the benefits of this type of training.

Encouraging and supporting clients to find their confidence and drive is something that I enjoy and find hugely rewarding. It is important to me to show others that having a healthy and active lifestyle has numerous benefits, and at the same time can be enjoyable.
