Group Sessions

Lifestyle Fitness Training’s group sessions are a great way to get out and meet people, enjoy a variety of fitness training methods, and even have a few laughs along the way. Both bodyweight and equipment exercises are utilised and each session will have a different focus. You will never get bored, with session content changing all the time.

Participants will be worked to their ability with lots of encouragement along the way. Exercise alternatives are always available and are offered to those who want to be pushed that little bit extra, or for those that have injuries or weaknesses that prevent them from undertaking certain movements.

During the warmer months we use areas available in the great outdoors in the Gungahlin area. Once the days start getting colder then some or part of sessions will be conducted in either our small home studio or in one of the local Gungahlin halls to ensure that you can get the most from your session and stay warm and injury free.
