Update on group sessions

Well it’s been a long time between blogs. I have been madly getting the next group sessions up and running. They all had their first sessions last week and those that did some fitness testing all did really well. Lets look forward to some great results in the final fitness tests in 4 weeks time.

We are into week 2 of the 5 week group programs. If there is anyone who would like to come and have a go you are still more than welcome to come and try a session for free. Simply contact me at nicola@lifestylefitnesstraining.com.au or on 0449 877 883. The weather is still warm enough to enjoy the sessions outdoors. These will move indoors once it becomes too cold.

Finally, good luck to all those entered in the Lifestyle Fitness Training Team for this Sunday’s Mothers Day Classic Fun Run. It has been a fantastic turnout and looks like we will have over 30 people in the team after registrations close at midday on 5 May.
